Meet Your Speech Therapist

Tiphanie James, M.A., CCC-SLP, owner and speech therapist at ACCESS Therapy Solutions in Decatur, GA

Tiphanie James, M.A., CCC-SLP

Founder, Speech-Language Pathologist

Welcome! I’m Tiphanie, a pediatric speech therapist, and I’m so glad you’re here. I have a Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Florida. I’ve been working as a speech therapist for the past seven years, with experience working with children in schools, home health, and private practice settings.

Starting my own practice was something I felt called to do because I wanted to make speech therapy more accessible for families. As a mom myself, I know how important it is to help your child communicate and connect with the world around them. While I rely on research and proven methods to guide my therapy, I also draw from my own experiences as a parent to really understand and connect with the families I work with.

I love collaborating with parents, and after each session, we’ll chat about the progress we’ve made and any concerns you might have. I’m always here to listen and find the best way to support your child. If there’s ever a question I can’t answer on the spot, I’ll take the time to research and get back to you with a solution.

My goal is to make you and your child feel supported and understood as we work together to reach their communication goals. I can’t wait to be part of your family’s journey!
